It can be a challenge to find the correct adhesive when bonding to materials like foam. The adhesive must apply to the technical requirements in each lamination project your customer encounters. Adhesive bonding studies have shown the performance of our Pressure-Sensitive adhesives when combined with a range of materials from the Rogers PORON® series. These products are low-outgassing and will not become brittle over time. The quality of the bond to these kind of materials is not only impacted by pressure, temperature and lamination speed, but also by differences in density, temperature and hardness. Our Product Selection Tool can be useful during the selection process of your project.
