Dielectric cell wrapping films are emerging as an electrical insulation solution for the arcing challenges within EV battery packs. The high voltages dispersed by cells can move to other components in the pack, resulting in shortened battery life and safety issues. 

In addition to providing electrical insulation, cell wrapping films offer corrosion resistance, a reliable bonding surface and desired aesthetics. And due to their thinness, consistency and durability, these films are frequently preferred to spray coatings.
