Resilient flooring
Avery Dennison Performance Tapes offers a full line of specially formulated, high performance pressure-sensitive tapes for mounting resilient flooring such as flexible LVT planks, cork, rubber mats, linoleum or vinyl on rolls to various subflooring. Due to the backing material on some of these flexible flooring types, plasticizer resistance is required.
Tape solutions for quick installation and lasting flooring performance
Tapes offer greater ease of installation and the flooring can be used immediately. They come in the form of transfer tapes or double coated tapes, filmic or reinforced with scrims, and are suitable for various building materials, subfloors and underlayments. Also available are relatively high coating weights that conform to irregular/uneven backings and subfloors, while bespoke removable tapes can be produced when required. Our extensive, flexible range of tape solutions enables a sustainable and long term approach to our future floorings.

FT 7956 - High performance scrim tape
About the product
Double coated scrim tape with innovative elastomeric adhesive designed for bonding polyurethane foam, polyester fibers, felts and fabrics. Provides high adhesion to medium and low surface energy materials such as PP, PE, TPO, ABS, PVC, PS and painted metals.
- Very high tack and peel strength, even on rough surfaces
- High resistance to humidity/water
- High internal strength allows heavy layer/high density foam usage
FT Y6663 - High performance scrim tape
About the product
Double coated scrim tape with innovative elastomeric adhesive designed for bonding (foamed) rubbers and plastics. Provides high adhesion to medium and low surface energy materials such as PP, PE, TPO, ABS, PVC, PS and painted metals.
- Very high tack and peel strength, even on rough surfaces
- Humidity resistant
- High degree of resistance to volatile components
FT 7331 - Repositional tape
About the product
FT 73311 is a double coated polyester with a general purpose rubber adhesive on the laminating side and a low tack removable acrylic adhesive on the mounting side.
- Clean removal from plastic, wood and glass surfaces
- Excellent resistance to UV light
- Offers clean removability from most surfaces for up to one year

Quin is passionate about technical building applications since he designed and built his family home back in 2012.
Professionally, Quin held several positions as Product Manager responsible for the product life cycle of many technical applications related to the building environment, namely in adhesives, lighting and plastics.
He joined Performance Tapes Europe as a Market Segment Manager for tape applications in the construction and industrial markets where he teams up with customers and R&D to achieve tape solutions that improve the installation of buildings and related products and processes.
